InPort defines two availability targets: High and Low.
InPort will periodically need to shut down for applications or systems upgrades. InPort users will be given 48 hours notice for these outages.
InPort Support will try to schedule the downtime during one of two maintenance windows whenever possible. The maintenance windows are:
InPort shuts down for backups every other Saturday. InPort goes down on Saturday at 4:00am (EST) and starts up by 4:30am (EST).
